TSLAUCAY provide free economy shipping for order over $150,customers. TSLAUCAY usually ships all the orders placed during the day in second day. Customers can expect to receive the tracking information second day.

OVER SIZE ITEMS
TSLAUCAY will charge the shipping label cost for certain over size items, shipping cost depends on the area and delivery method. Over size items, such as floor mats, trunk mat, and carbon fiber spoiler etc, are scheduled to ship with TSLAUCAY warehouse only during weekdays.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Like we mentioned, TSLAUCAY built U.S. warehouse to ensure fast delivery with customer orders. Occasionally, we might experience out of stock for certain products. For those out of stock items in U.S. warehouse, TSLAUCAY will ship from China Warehouse, which might cause some delay on delivery.
